Alternative rock outfit Saint Blonde made a serious impact at this year’s South by Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival, an annual event known for showcasing the best rising talent from across the globe. The five-piece band delivered electrifying performances throughout the week, playing multiple official showcases, including the Gorton’s Shrimp & Cocktail x Culture Collide event and BMG’s Frontline Label Showcase. Their energetic stage presence and emotionally charged performances captivated audiences, earning them recognition from GrammyU, Getty Images, Denton Chronicle, and more.
Reflecting on their SXSW experience, the band shared:
"Being from Texas, SXSW has always been something we dreamed of being a part of. It was an incredible experience, and we’re beyond grateful to everyone who came out to watch our sets!"

Since forming in 2018, Saint Blonde has been on a journey of sonic transformation. The band—Hunter Fitch (Vocals), Tre Rollins (Guitar), Alexander Hernandez (Guitar), Tyler Lee Cooper (Drums), and Kyle Cade (Bass)—initially gained traction in the Southwest music scene, blending jangly, synth-infused bedroom pop with irresistibly catchy vocal hooks. Over time, their sound evolved into something far more expansive, weaving in influences from angular post-punk, heavy-hitting indie rock, and beyond—all while staying true to the essence of what makes them unique.
With a steady stream of well-received singles under their belt, Saint Blonde has racked up an impressive 10 million+ streams and cultivated a dedicated fanbase on their own terms. Their persistence and artistic growth led to a game-changing moment in summer 2024, when they signed a record deal with Pale Chord/Rise Records—joining an elite roster that includes Spiritbox, Thousand Below, Holy Wars, and more. Their first release under the label, the fiery single “Trendsetter,” marked the beginning of a bold new chapter for the band.
Now backed by a major label and fueled by a renewed creative vision, Saint Blonde is gearing up for an explosive 2025. With a debut album nearly six years in the making on the horizon, fans can expect the band to hit the road hard in support of what promises to be their most ambitious and defining work yet.
