After three years of rocking the Summit, the Decibel Magazine Metal & Beer Fest is cranking things up by moving to the iconic Fillmore Auditorium for this year’s event. The world’s loudest, heaviest, and most extreme craft beer festival will take place on Friday and Saturday, December 5-6, 2025.
The weekend will feature the legendary sludge/doom pioneers Acid Bath, who are reuniting to perform in Denver for the first time in over 30 years, headlining Saturday night (December 6). Meanwhile, Denver’s own death metal innovators, Blood Incantation, will make their long-awaited return to their hometown with an epic headlining show on Friday night (December 5), marking their first Denver performance in over two years.
The full lineup of bands and breweries will be announced in the coming months, but tickets for the event went on sale this Friday, March 21 at 10 AM MT. These include 2-day and 3-day passes, which also grant access to a special Pre-Fest at Ratio Beerworks (on Larimer Street) on December 4.
There are two types of tickets available: "Just Metal" Ticket (21+), which grants entry to the event, but as the name suggests, you’ll only get access to the live music, but no beer sampling. However, you can still purchase select beers individually if you're 21 or older. The "Metal & Beer" Ticket (21+) grants access to the full event, including unlimited sampling from a diverse selection of international breweries, presented by 3 Floyds Brewing. You’ll also receive a Decibel Magazine Metal & Beer Fest: Denver 2025 sampling cup.
