Memphis May Fire Release Music Video for New Single "The Other Side"

Memphis May Fire recently shared a new single, “The Other Side”, for their upcoming album Shapeshifter. Shapeshifter is set to release on March 28 via Rise Records. Preorder the album HERE. Along with the track, Memphis May Fire has also shared the accompanying music video for “The Other Side”. Watch the video HERE.

“The Other Side” contrasts the previous singles released for Shapeshifter, having a more melancholy tone rather than the heavier, energetic vibe found in tracks such as “Chaotic”, “Infection”, and “Paralyzed”. Frontman Matty Mullins provides powerful vocals, encapsulating the emotion of the track. Lyrically, the song is an anthem of resilience, ensuring that no matter your struggles, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. “The Other Side” will be a comfort to those who feel alone in their pain, and a sign of hope that things will eventually turn for the better.

About the new single, Matty Mullins shared: "'The Other Side' is about resilience in the face of despair. It's for anyone who's ever felt trapped in their own pain, unsure if they'll ever break through. But there's always something beyond the darkness, another side to the pain, a breakthrough waiting to happen. This song is a reminder that even in our lowest moments, we're not alone, and the light is closer than we think."
