At first listen this track is the polar opposite of “Soft Spine” the first single of the album. This doesn’t make the track any less fabulous. It has a more romantic feel to it than previous releases in my opinion. Once again Spiritbox prove they can change it up and still put out incredible tracks. I was lucking enough to be in attendance for their incredible Louder Than Life performance featuring, Tatiana of Jinjer, Poppy, and Sam Carter of Architects. They have this incredible ability to make me feel empowered by their harder songs especially “Holy Roller” and calmed by their slower tracks like “Eternal Blue”
Spiritbox just wrapped up their US tour supporting Gojira and Korn. Currently you can catch them touring Europe along with Motionless in White, and the Plot in You in support of global metal outfit Bring Me The Horizon. If you want a glimpse of how killer they are live... these still give me the chills
