One of Canada’s best-selling bands of all time, multi-platinum rock outfit Finger Eleven have released their seventh studio album, Last Night on Earth, via Better Noise Music—the band’s first release with the label.
To accompany the album, Finger Eleven are unveiling an ambitious eight-episode video miniseries that brings songs from Last Night on Earth to life through a series of short science-fiction, fantasy, and adventure films. Rolling out across the band’s social media channels this month, the project reimagines the album’s music within a cinematic, narrative-driven world inspired by cult classics such as Krull, The Beastmaster, and Flash Gordon.
The miniseries leans heavily into the band’s longtime love of fantasy storytelling and tabletop role-playing games—interests that have seen renewed mainstream attention through pop culture phenomena like Stranger Things and its Hellfire Club storyline. Campy by design and rooted in classic good-versus-evil themes, the Last Night on Earth miniseries allows fans to experience the album in a new visual format, with clips of the record’s tracks woven throughout the unfolding quest.
On the touring front, Finger Eleven will join forces with Filter for a U.S. tour beginning March 5, 2026, in Wenatchee, Washington, with Local H appearing as special guests on most dates. The tour follows the release of “Blue Sky Mystery,” a thunderous collaboration featuring vocals traded between Finger Eleven and Filter frontman Richard Patrick. Meanwhile, the band are closing out 2025 with a headlining Canadian run alongside fellow homegrown acts Headstones and The Tea Party. Tickets for all upcoming shows are available now via Finger Eleven’s official website.
Last Night on Earth has already yielded four singles and accompanying music videos. The most recent, “The Mountain,” arrived alongside the album release. The title track debuted earlier this fall, followed by “Blue Sky Mystery,” which marked Finger Eleven’s 11th Top 10 hit on Canadian rock radio. The high-energy single “Adrenaline,” released last year, cracked the Top 20 on the Mediabase Active Rock chart and surged to No. 2 in Canada, remaining in the Top 5 for more than four months.
Originally formed in Burlington, Ontario and now largely based in Toronto, Finger Eleven have built a legacy as one of Canada’s most successful and enduring rock bands. Their self-titled debut album achieved Gold status in the United States and Platinum in Canada, propelled by the breakout single “One Thing.” The band reached new heights with 2007’s Them vs. You vs. Me, driven by the global smash “Paralyzer,” which went five-times Platinum and spent a record-setting run at No. 1 on rock radio.
Subsequent releases, including Life Turns Electric and Five Crooked Lines, continued the band’s chart success and critical recognition, while their 2023 Greatest Hits collection featured “Together Right,” their biggest hit in a decade, which topped the radio charts for five consecutive weeks. Known for their powerful live performances, Finger Eleven remain a defining force in modern Canadian rock.
