Spiritbox Release New Single "Mourning"

September 8th, 2026- Canadian heavy metal band Spiritbox released their brand new single "Mourning" today via Pale Chord and Rise Records. "Mourning" marks as the band's first release since 2025 album, 'Tsunami Sea'. You can view the music video below, directed by Alex Bemis and Mike Stringer below.
Spiritbox enters a new chapter with this new release and they have made a change to their visuals; making it more colorful instead of their black and white aesthetic. The music video begins as black and white and transitions into the new colorful era of the band. Front woman Courtney LaPlante is seen delivering beautiful cleans and heavily reminds me of their single "Constance" off their 2021 album 'Eternal Blue'.
