Seattle, WA -- Pop-punk band palettes dropped their electrifying new album, white. (noise), on March 13th. Leading the release is the spotlight track, "onyx. (like glue)," featuring Brian Butcher, lead vocalist of The Home Team. The album also features recent singles including "amethyst. (unravel again)" "sandstone. (silhouettes)," and "magenta. (restless)."

"onyx. (like glue)" shimmers with a dance able energy, amplifying palettes' dynamic rhythms while offering a fresh contrast to their rock-infused sound. Brian Butcher of The Home Team adds another layer, elevating the track with his standout vocals alongside palettes' polished production.

"onyx. (like glue)" - This song represents a deliberate push into more rhythmic territory, blending a groovy R&B sound with the rock foundation that defines most of our music. It’s a sonic exploration that encapsulates the sexy, mysterious, and exclusive energy that comes with sneaking around with an ex. Brian’s feature also perfectly embodies this vision, and his performance brought the track to a whole new level." - Palettes

"The vision behind this record is about staying true to yourself and celebrating the little things that make all of us who we are. It represents heartbreak, joy, mundane moments, and everything in between. It represents our expression in its purest form, without chasing any genre identity. We aimed to evolve our sound while staying true to our roots, pulling inspiration from bands like Movements, The Home Team, and The Wonder Years, capturing a blend of driving energy, powerful dynamics, and catchy melodies. We hope people hear this record and that it serves as a shoulder to lean on, and a reminder that we’re all in this together." - Palettes

White (Noise) Tracklist:

1.) "mint. (face the music)"

4.) "indigo. (something’s missing)"

5.) "chartreuse. (same excuses)"

8.) "smoke. (lucid)"

9.) "orange. (nobody’s home)"

10.) "honey. (keep me guessin’)"

11.) "lavender. (something real like this)"

12.) "rust. (nothing ever changes)"

About Palettes:

Formed in Seattle, WA in 2021, palettes draws fans and new listeners in with their pop-punk melodies fused together with catchy emo hooks. The band carries out a distinct sound with a relatable message. “Everyone feels and experiences things in their own way, and we hope many of the themes in our music are relatable.” Says lead vocalist Adam Blasi. “That’s the best thing about making music: hearing from people that they empathize and/or relate to the meanings and feelings behind the music.”

Pulling inspiration from staple artists such as Movements, Mayday Parade, The Home Team and The Wonder Years to name a few, palettes aim to maintain originality with a hint of nostalgia while creating new music. “We use personal experiences like heartbreak, the human experience around reconnecting with a previous romantic partner, growing up with a single mom addicted to opioids.” Says Blasi “All of this shows its face in our music. We want the music to reflect punchiness, emotion, frustration and everything in between that people can connect to.”

The band paints a picture with strategically placed color themes throughout their eras when releasing new tracks. “We choose based on how a song makes us feel or what the message is. Our band name reflects these choices. We all have our own individual experiences from the things we’ve been through that shape us throughout life.” Blasi says. “The colors represent our own palette, but ultimately we all make up the palette of humankind. Although each experience and way in which we manage them may be different, we feel the same feelings.”

palettes have recently released their new singles, "onyx. (like glue)," "amethyst. (unravel again)," "sandstone. (silhouettes)," and "magenta. (restless)."

The band has gained notoriety by sharing the stage with acts such as The Home Team and Arrows In Action hitting sold out shows running from around 500-850 cap venues. palettes have no intention of slowing down in 2026 as they’ve been working alongside Kyle Black and The Home Team’s lead vocalist, Brian Butcher, producing the new record that’s due out later in the new year.
