HAILING FROM CLEVELAND, OHIO, MIDWINTER RELEASES BRAND-NEW SINGLE “CHASING BUTTERFLIES” produced, mixed, and mastered by Danny Cullman
On October 30th, 2025, Midwinter released their brand-new single "Chasing Butterflies."
The song opens with a heavy, deliberate beat that sets a dark, intense atmosphere, perfectly complemented by Billy Toth's deep, haunting vocals. As the rhythm intensifies, he transitions into a more powerful and evocative delivery, drawing listeners deeper into the musical experience. Kody Archer steps in during the chorus, showcasing his clean, soaring vocals that cut through the heaviness, while Nate Rosenhaus provides a driving force with his dynamic drumming. Following this, electrifying guitar riffs burst forth, expertly crafted by Archer and Zac D'Urso, adding layers of energy and grit. Meanwhile, Max Underwood anchors the sound with a robust bass line that ties it all together, creating a rich, immersive sonic landscape.
In addition to releasing "Chasing Butterflies," they have included it in their album, "CHAPTER TWO: OVER AGAIN."

ABOUT MIDWINTER
Midwinter is a 5-piece Progressive Metalcore band hailing from Cleveland, Ohio. Drawing influences from other modern Metalcore and Progressive Metal bands, they are constantly seeking to achieve the perfect sonic balance of atmospheric, heavy, and progressive. Rooted in personal experience, each song is a story containing passages that host complex, raw emotion conveyed through a poetic ebb and flow of lyrics.
The lineup consists of vocalist Billy Toth, guitarist/vocalist Kody Archer, guitarist Zac D'Urso, drummer Nate Rosenhaus, and bassist Max Underwood.
