156/Silence return with new album 'From A Distance'

Pittsburgh metalcore band 156/Silence have officially unveiled their sixth full-length record From A Distance, via Pure Noise Records. The album features Alex Reade from Make Them Suffer, who also stars in the accompanying visual. At the heart of the song is a message about the enduring power of love, with the band explaining that even in the face of darkness and adversity, the good we share with others remains more valuable than anything else.

The release launches a particularly busy stretch of touring for 156/Silence. Following their recent run with Chiodos, the band will headline a 20-date US tour beginning September 9 in Worcester, Massachusetts, with Aviana, Heavensgate and Fromjoy joining them on select dates. The trek will finish in their hometown of Pittsburgh on October 3, with an appearance at Louder Than Life in Louisville on September 20 along the way. The band will then head overseas in October for the EU/UK Flowers Tour with The Devil Wears Prada before returning to the road in February 2027 for an Australian run with Thrown. With several dates already approaching or reaching capacity, fans are encouraged to secure tickets while they remain available.
