Frost Children Release Their Third Summer Track, 'WHAT IS FOREVER FOR'

As we slide into the month of August, people online are still stressing about 2025 not having a song of the summer. Personally, I just don’t think any of these people are looking in the right place, as sibling duo Frost Children have given us not one, but three different options. Earlier in the summer, the pair released ‘CONTROL’ and ‘Falling’, two perfect anthems that contrast each other like night and day. On July 30th, Frost Children released ‘WHAT IS FOREVER FOR’, the third single off their forthcoming album SISTER, set to release in September via True Panther/Dirty Hit.

“I like the imagined scenario of a romantic on-and-off fling in a faraway place demonstrating some kind of disregard for Forever,” Angel Prost, half of Frost Children, shares. “EDM has always had this ethos of ‘We only have Tonight’, which we agree with. It’s not quite apocalyptic, but there’s some sense that nothing really lasts forever, in a beautiful and sometimes sad way. You shouldn’t force Forever or stretch a moment any longer than it happens— the sudden pause is what makes the party obsessional.”
