In support of World Mental Health Day (October 10), Bush, a ‘90s alternative rock band, has announced their partnership with Project Healthy Minds. The website features educational content that can help fans become more aware of their mental health and ways to improve it. You can view the website HERE.
In addition to the website, the band has also released a new single, “I Beat Loneliness” to truly convey the struggles that come with navigating mental health.
Lead singer Gavin Rossdale has been a longtime advocate for mental health and encourages open conversations about it. He states, “It’s a great paradox. It’s about embracing the moment, even when life feels heavy, finding strength and hope within yourself, and holding onto wonder.”
If you would like to listen to “I Beat Loneliness,” you can do so HERE.
