WIND WALKERS UNVEIL NEW EP “I DON’T BELONG HERE” Drop Official Visualizer for “Hereditary” via Fearless Records

New England-based genre-warping heavy outfit Wind Walkers return with their latest release, I Don’t Belong Here, out now through Fearless Records. The new EP is their first release since 2023’s What If I Break?, and brings a darker, more introspective edge to their evolving sound.

To accompany the drop, the band has released a visualizer for the track “Hereditary”, a standout song that cuts deep with its themes of inherited trauma and emotional survival. The track is available to stream now, and the official visualizer is live on the band's YouTube channel.

Lead vocalist Trevor Borg opened up about the story behind the song:

“This came from one of my earliest memories — watching someone I loved slowly become someone I didn’t recognize. As a kid, you don’t know how to help. You just take it in. ‘Hereditary’ is about how people learn to hide pain, how that survival mode becomes part of them — and how that can trickle down. It’s about the masks we wear, and what gets passed on when we don’t talk about what hurts. Writing this helped me understand how trauma shaped my own life. I think a lot of people will see themselves in it.”
