Wage War Announces New EP 'It Calls Me By Name' Out April 17th

On Tuesday, February 24th, 2026- Metal titans Wage War has just unveiled their most brutal, heaviest single yet. The band entered 2026 with their brand new single "Song Of The Swamp" via Fearless Records. If you love to see reptiles in their habitat, you must watch the music video below.

The scenery in the music video resembles the swamps of Florida, where the band is based out of. In the music video, you can see alligators, crocodiles, and the swamps where these cold-blooded animals live. Filled with brutal screams, heavy chuggs, this track has to be their heaviest release in years. The hostility and tension you have faced once in your life and the enemy wanting to sink it's teeth into you and destroy you. As said in the song "If they can eat anything they can overpower".

To celebrate the news of this brand new song, the band has just announced they will be going on tour and is set to release their EP 'It Calls Me By Name', which is set to release on April 17th via Fearless Records.

"It Calls Me By Name is about being drawn to your roots. This isn't a concept EP but is meant to live in its own world. Five tracks shaped by Florida, the swamp, and the relentless aggression of nature. Built heavy, but still driven by the hooks that have defined us. It's our signature sound amplified and pushed further into metal than we've ever taken it."
