VANA Shares Haunting Music Video For "In Your Name"

On Friday, May 8th, 2026- New Zealand's pop-metal icon Vana has today shared the official music video for her latest single "In Your Name", out now via Sumerian Records. This track dives deep into the lore of the story, following the release of "Pray". You can watch the official music video directed by Tanner James Gordon below.
“Falling in love is painful. Where there is equal love, there will inevitably be equal loss. Sometimes you fall in love even when it hurts you. Sometimes, loving someone you know is bad for you hurts less than grieving the loss of that love. “In Your Name” demonstrates how far some would go in the name of love, no matter how toxic that love may be.”...The ‘In Your Name’ music video lives in that space where love and grief become indistinguishable. It explores the aftermath of love and when it decays. The video explores the anger and lingering tenderness that come with loss how we try to bury pain instead of facing it and how it inevitably resurfaces.’
