TOMMY RICHMAN DROPS FIRST NEW SINGLE AND MUSIC VIDEO OF THE YEAR “ACTIN UP”

Tommy Richman has been continuously riding the wave of breakout stardom as of recent, and amongst that has been with the release of his new single ‘Actin Up’.

The release of this song and music video follow the successful debut album Coyote which dropped on September 27, 2024. Tommy has stated that lyrically the song touches on feeling underestimated as the track heavily advocates for giving the underdog a chance. The song has an amazing blend with a welcoming R&B charm vocally as well as a harder energetic hip hop beat with a catchy key pattern likely welcoming the possibility of some moshing at the live shows. The track just effortlessly adds another certified banger to Richman’s still smaller, yet memorable discography thus far.

Richman rose to stardom last April with the release of his hip hop/R&B fusion single ‘Million Dollar Baby’, which just recently surpassed one billion streams on Spotify. The song was also just recently nominated for the 2025 Brit Awards International Song Of The Year. From debuting at number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 to being featured on Barack Obama’s summer 2024 playlist, as well as late night TV appearances on Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon, Richman has been on a high that seems to only go higher and higher. The song was also just recently nominated for the 2025 Brit Awards International Song Of The Year.

The Virginia native is set to embark on the Coyote Tour beginning in Seattle, Washington on February 19 and it currently concludes in London, England on May 5.
