Diamond-certified global superstar The Weeknd officially wrapped the sold-out 2026 European and UK leg of his record-breaking After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour, culminating in a spectacular back-to-back finale at the Estádio do Restelo in Lisbon. The massive 42-date run marked the artist's second time bringing the stadium experience to the region, following a highly successful initial leg in 2023.

The 2026 leg generated an astonishing $345 million+ in gross revenue and welcomed more than 2 million fans. Demonstrating his massive star power, The Weeknd secured multi-night runs in nearly every major market he visited, including Manchester, Munich, Milan, Stockholm, Madrid, Dublin, Paris, and London. The tour’s immense commercial momentum was on full display in mid-summer when it topped Billboard’s July Boxscore, grossing more than $120 million and selling nearly 900,000 tickets in that single month alone. Beyond ticket sales, the tour provided a phenomenal financial boost to local economies across Europe. Newly released data from the United Kingdom and France alone revealed a staggering $618 million in total economic impact.

The tour kicked off on June 11 with two nights at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, followed by a historic five-night residency at London's Wembley Stadium. Across Manchester and London, The Weeknd performed seven completely sold-out UK stadium shows for more than 450,000 fans, drawing ticket buyers from nearly 150 countries. His reception in France was equally historic. By packing the Stade de France in Paris for six consecutive nights on a single tour, he became the first international artist in history to achieve this feat, pulling in over 500,000 French fans this summer alone. Fittingly, his French milestone aligns with his status as the first international artist to achieve 15 Diamond-certified songs in France, a record he secured earlier this year. Across the entirety of the After Hours Til Dawn era, he has now sold out 13 stadium dates in France.

The tour also prioritized global philanthropy. Ticket sales throughout the run raised over $2.2 million USD in charitable donations. These funds directly benefit the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and Global Citizen through his XO Humanitarian Fund. The Weeknd (who has served as an official WFP Goodwill Ambassador since 2021) has historically used his global touring platform to fight global hunger, dedicating $1 from every ticket sold to fund emergency food relief in vulnerable regions worldwide. The record-shattering After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour currently holds the crown as the highest-grossing tour by a male solo artist in history, and now has its sights on its next major global chapter. With the European leg officially in the rearview mirror, fans are eagerly looking ahead to what the global superstar has planned next. While the massive After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour is slated to transition to its highly anticipated Asian leg beginning in Tokyo, rumors are also swirling around the music industry that the singer is quietly finalizing his highly anticipated next studio album. Whether he is shattering box office records on stage or cooking up his next sonic era in the studio, The Weeknd’s next chapter promises to keep the entire music world watching.
