The Amity Affliction have released their 3rd and final teaser ‘Heaven Sent’ off their up and coming album ‘House Of Cards’ releasing on the 24th of April this year via Pure Noise Records.
This will be the band's first album since parting ways with ex-vocalist and bassist Ahren Stringer, which saw Jonathan Reeves from Kingdom Of Hearts take the Australians place in the band. This album comes off the back of a very successful release of the band's first song with the new roster that was ‘All That I Remember’. Which featured a heavy breakdown and heavenly vocals, just what we have come to love from TAA.

The new song itself is quite a melodic piece, for an Amity song I should add, until near the end where the song dies down before exploding into a stupidly heavy breakdown that hits you like a train out of nowhere. It is truly a beautiful song that still gets your heartbeat going. If you also find yourself reading deeper into the lyrics, you will learn that there are some quite heartbreaking words behind this song. At face value it may just seem like another Amity song but it really tells a story about the band's screamer, Joel’s childhood. Precisely about his mother and stepfather.
This comes after the band release two other teasers for the album named ‘Bleed’ and the album titled song ‘House Of Cards’, both amazing in their own right
This album is set to be amazing for a first release for the new lineup, and I am eager to see how it turns out!
