Rising metal band Sleep Theory have announced their first ever headliner tour, which is set to begin in May. This news comes shortly after the announcement of their debut album Afterglow, which is set to release on May 16 via Epitaph Records. The record, produced by David Cowell and mixed by Zakk Cervini (Bring Me The Horizon, Bad Omens, Architects), features a unique blend of genre-bending rock. Preorder the album HERE.
Sleep Theory also shared a new single, “Static”, from the upcoming record. It is currently the band’s fastest growing single, receiving over 2 million global streams since its release. Watch the music video HERE. Along with two of Afterglow’s vinyl variants already selling out, and multiple others in low stock, Sleep Theory has proven themselves to be one of metal’s biggest rising stars currently, with their fame skyrocketing within only two years. They have recently made a name for themselves touring with massive artists such as Shinedown, Beartooth, and Falling in Reverse, and have also received praise from Jelly Roll and David Draiman. They also became the fifth most-played artist on Active Rock radio. Known for their combination of heavy rock with pop and R&B, they quickly became one of the biggest breakout rock artists of 2024, and their upcoming album Afterglow will further cement them as a metal powerhouse.
