After legendary alt-rock band Panic! At the Disco officially disbanded in 2023 due to frontman Brendon Urie becoming a new dad, fans never would have expected the band to make their grand return at one of the biggest rock festivals in the US. In late 2024, Panic! At the Disco was announced to headline When We Were Young Festival, in which they were set to perform the entirety of their debut album A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, in celebration of the album’s 20th anniversary. With the festival having occurred this past weekend, Panic! At the Disco has been making waves with their extraordinary return, performing all the fan-favorites from their breakthrough album that have not been played in years.
The day after When We Were Young Festival, it was announced that A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out (20th Anniversary Deluxe) will be released everywhere on January 23, which will include remastered versions of the original tracks. Additionally, Live in Denver, a recorded concert performance of the band from 2006, was just released on digital platforms for the first time. Panic! At the Disco is also selling a 20th anniversary vinyl boxset for A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, which includes vinyls of A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out (20th Anniversary Deluxe), Live in Denver, and A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out (Demos), which includes 11 original unreleased demos from the album. The boxset also includes a 12-page zine of unseen photos, stickers, a door hanger, and a paper doll set. Preorder the 20th anniversary vinyl HERE.
