Finnish metal band Omnium Gatherum are getting ready to have a crazy rest of the year. They just released their latest single, “The Last Hero”, which you can listen to here. This single is their first off their upcoming album, May the Bridges We Burn Light the Way, which will release later this year.
In support of Omnium Gatherum, the Finnish heavyweights are taking Aether Realm and Hinayana with them. These two bands will add a heavy element to an already heavy tour.
Fans should expect a mix of old and new songs from Omnium Gatherum. Hopefully, they will play their new single that was just released. “The Last Hero” is already showing that the next full length from Omnium Gatherum is shaping up to be a great one. When discussing the upcoming album, guitarist Markus Vanhala stated, “While the lyrics on the new album aren't autobiographical, they echo everything we’ve come from — the street corners, blasting metal, and dreaming big. It feels good to be able to say that some of those dreams have already come true.”
