New Music, Old Feel; Discover The Psychedelic Synth Artist: Skeleten

From late-night talks that last until early mornings to focusing on a paper due at midnight, Skeleton's new single ‘Let it Grow’ is an exceptional moderately paced song. From Sydney, Australia Skeleton brings back the Synth heavy music a lot of the music lovers missed from the 70s. If you find yourself saying “They don’t make it like they used to” or “The 70s is by far the best decade for music” then Skeleton is the perfect artist for you, with a mix of soft vocals and a funky beat they are sure to scratch the old music itch a lot of us have.

‘Let it Grow’ is the last of many beloved singles such as ‘Deep Scene’, ‘Love Enemy’, ‘Viagra’, and ‘Bodys Chorus’. The atmospheric songs earned their way to Apple Music’s ‘Best of 2024’ playlist, completing the line of singles before the album's big release, Skeleton’s song ‘Let It Grow’ harbors an instinctive reaction to surrendering their self to an intimate connection. Amongst an album that internalizes a feeling of disconnection in our everyday lives, ‘Let it Grow’  is a nice switch of pace, a song packed with simply feeling and letting go. When asked about their new single Skeleton says “‘Let It Grow’ was so natural it just kinda started existing without me even realizing it. Which I guess is the whole vibe of the song. Surrender and acceptance??”

Mentalized is set to be released on February 7th and can be presaved here. With a tracklist of songs such as ‘Mindreader’, ‘Body’s Chorus’ and ‘Crack In The Shell’ it is sure to make it to many everyday rotations.

Following the rise of psychedelic pop, Skeleton is a perfect artist to add to your rotation.
