Miley Celebrates New Album Bass Persuades With Star-Studded Los Angeles Event

Miley celebrated the release of her highly anticipated tenth studio album, Bass Persuades, with an intimate celebration at the legendary Bar Marmont in West Hollywood on September 20th. The Grammy-winning, multi-platinum artist brought together a group of notable guests for the album release event, including Chappell Roan, Lucy Dacus, and Paris Hilton.
The event marked the arrival of Bass Persuades, the latest addition to Miley's continually evolving catalog. The album represents another chapter in a career that has seen the singer move comfortably between pop, rock, country, soul, and alternative music while developing a style that continues to change from one era to the next.
Along with celebrating the new album, Miley has also released a video for "Let's Get Married," giving fans another visual component to accompany the new record. Bass Persuades is Miley's tenth studio album and continues a career defined by experimentation and reinvention. Rather than remaining tied to a single sound, she has spent years moving between different genres and creative styles, building a catalog that reflects a wide range of musical influences.

Her ability to cross between genres has also translated into major commercial success. Miley has earned numerous platinum and diamond certifications throughout her career, while her songwriting has produced some of the most recognizable songs of her generation. Additionally her 2023 single "Flowers" became one of the biggest releases of her career and earned Miley the 2024 Grammy Awards for Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance. She followed that success with another Grammy in 2025 for Best Country Duo/Group Performance alongside Beyoncé.
Beyond music, Miley has become a recognizable figure across fashion and popular culture. She has worked with major brands including Maybelline, Maison Margiela, Gucci through its Flora fragrance campaign, and Dolce & Gabbana. Additionally, her work also extends into philanthropy. Miley founded the Happy Hippie Foundation, which supports LGBTQ+ youth, as well as the Miley Cyrus Foundation, which focuses on supporting women in all their diversity.
With Bass Persuades now available, the album adds another piece to an already extensive career while continuing Miley's long-running approach of exploring new sounds and creative directions.
