UK band Loathe have unveiled their long-awaited third studio album, A Stranger To You, out now through SharpTone Records. Known for blending crushing metal with lush atmosphere, the band continues to push beyond genre boundaries, weaving together elements of shoegaze, progressive metal and breakdowns into a sound that feels distinctly their own.

The record features appearances from Jordan Rakei, Static Dress, Mansur Brown, NOWHERE2RUN and bucki sugar, while production duties were handled by Erik Bickerstaffe, Feisal El-Khazragi and Sean Radcliffe.

Released six years after the acclaimed I Let It In And It Took Everything, the new album reflects a period of immense artistic development and the band’s meteoric rise, following years of nonstop touring and a rapidly expanding international audience.

A Stranger To You showcases the band’s most ambitious work to date and to celebrate the release, Loathe will spend the rest of the year on the road, beginning with appearances at Lollapalooza, select dates supporting Interpol and a performance at Louder Than Life Festival before their biggest U.S. headliner tour yet.

Joined by Fleshwater and Prostitute, the 19-date run begins September 19 in Michigan and concludes October 13 in San Francisco.
