LANDMVRKS Announce "The Darkest Place I've Ever Been" + Share Two New Tracks "Sulfur" + "Sombre 16"

French metalcore group LANDMVRKS have surprised fans with the release of their double single, “Sulfur” and “Sombre 16”, giving fans a taste of their upcoming fourth studio album, The Darkest Place I’ve Ever Been. Watch the music video HERE.

Their new album, which is described as their most personal and ambitious work yet, is set to release on April 25 via Arising Empire, with preorders available here. With The Darkest Place I’ve Ever Been, LANDMVRKS aims to push the boundaries of the metalcore genre and while staying true to their beloved style of blending crushing intensity with raw, emotional lyrics and captivating melodies. “Sulfur” and “Sombre 16”, which follow their previous single “Creatures”, prove that the upcoming album will be a fascinating new chapter for the band, with both singles differing greatly from each other. The former is a roaring metalcore anthem while the latter is a hip hop style track, entirely in French. From these singles alone, the fans can see that LANDMVRKS is not afraid to expand their artistic endeavors into newer territory.

"'SULFUR' + 'SOMBRE 16' are two new tracks that continue the story from 'Creature,' while also introducing the universe of the new album The Darkest Place That I've Ever Been. In these tracks, and this new album we follow a protagonist as he descends deeper and deeper into hell, undergoing both physical and mental transformation," the band shared.
