Knox Share New Single "Better Than Me"
Summer might be coming to a close, but Knox is keeping the windows down, windy drive vibes going with his newest single, “Better Than Me.”
“Better Than Me” is the newest track of his upcoming album, My Midwest Best which releases on October 2nd. If you wish that the sunny days would last just a little bit longer, Knox is definitely for you.
One thing that I love about his discography is the delivery of typically sad topics. “Better Than Me” is about a sour breakup, but the music makes me want to get up and dance on a boat dock with my friends. The track fares well with the other singles from My Midwest Best, carrying on that “Dance through the sad” vibe that Knox is known for.
The music video that came out with this song really captured the casual, backyard summer vibes that are present in the song. One thing that I have always really loved about Knox is that his casual content, whether that be on social media or through official music videos, invites the listener in to feel like they get to hang out with friends for those three minutes.
