"Death's Grip" is a merciless three minute track that delivers brutal screams, heavily layered riffs and hard-hitting drums. In Memory brings explosive dynamics that adds an extra punch to the song's already chaotic tone. The song's lyrics add an emotional layer and a different definition of heavy as vocalist Justin Jynx screams about the pains of addiction.

“"Death’s Grip" is about addiction & the hold that it can have on someone. This one is personal to me because I have dealt with this in my life and have overcome it. I wrote this as sort of a warning to listeners of the dangers and potential outcome of living day to day with addiction without wanting or asking for help.” - Justin Jynx, lead vocalist.

Both "Death's Grip" and "Lost", will be featured on the band's upcoming EP This Place Is Real which will be released on May 23rd.

"This Place Is Real is the story of dealing with the grip of addiction, while powering constant mental health struggles. Trying to find a place in this world while dealing with those things are extremely challenging, but not impossible. Finding real peace, and true solace is within reach of everyone that truly wants to achieve it." - Justin Jynx, lead vocalist.
