Dead Eyes Shakes Up The Scene With Explosive New Anthem "THANKS FOR NOTHING"

On May 2nd, 2025- Dead Eyes have just unveiled a brand new anthem that symbolizes betrayal and overcoming harsh obstacles titled "Thanks For Nothing" via Thriller Records. Dead Eyes is a modern rock and metal band based in Baltimore, Maryland and the quartet currently comprises of vocalist Zach Williams, guitarist Jim Poggi, bassist Eric Rembecki and lastly Chris Chapman. In their latest single "Thanks For Nothing", the band has not held back once in delivering this message for those who are going through those rough obstacles in life. The track confronts the frustration of one-sided connections, while its striking music video brings to life the emotional feeling of being overlooked and undervalued and how much that can really impact a person.

The band shares with fans, "This is a song about coming to the realization that someone you’ve put a lot of time and energy into wouldn’t do the same for you. It’s a petty, sarcastic thank you note to everyone who made you feel like you weren’t enough.”

Dead Eyes always knows how to put out good music with such powerful meaning. "Thanks For Nothing" goes into detail about experiencing betrayal, whether it is from friends, a relationship or family. From my experience, I have been through this exact same situation. You go out of your way for someone and at first, it's fine but when you need them the most, they betray and ditch you. I've given so many people chances but it's not fair to feel like you are worthless and unimportant to that person you once had huge trust in. It's one day everything is fine and then the next, everything changed and you feel like those around you are having harsh judgements over something you didn't do. Ultimately, I have moved on and onto better things with my life and learned to not waste my time on people like that. The music video is captured very beautifully and shoutout to Alex Kouvatsos (Blackwolf Imaging) for bringing this music video to life.
