Danny Brown Releases 'Copycats' Featuring underscores

We got our first taste of a collaborative track today, with Danny Brown releasing his second single off the project, ‘Copycats’ featuring underscores. Initially, the song was teased by underscores during her debut at Coachella 2025, where Danny Brown was invited onto stage as her special guest. Since that moment, fans of both artists have been yearning for a studio version of the song, with the scuffed videos that circulate on the internet not nearly being enough for their insatiable appetites.

The studio version of ‘Copycats’ was well worth the wait, with the track blending together the best of both worlds. underscores, alongside contributing her computerized vocals within the chorus, was the mastermind behind the production of ‘Copycats’. She mixed her hyperpop-fueled style and rapid-fire beats with Danny Brown’s personal, unflinching style, creating this level of harmony.
