Scott Stapp, best known as the lead singer of Creed, was named as one of the top most-played rock artists on Billboard’s charts for 2025. This is a career-first for Stapp as a solo artist.
He was the only solo artists to get this distinction this year. The other bands on the list included Linkin Park, Three Days Grace, Sleep Theory, Nothing More, Papa Roach, Shinedown, Pop Evil, Volbeat, and Ghost.
Stapp’s ranking comes largely from his latest album, “Higher Power,” which released in March of 2024.
