ree

On December 5th, Cleveland welcomes Ekoh, Arankai, and Dead Cassette for The Broken Heart Collector Tour.

Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, the first band to perform was Dead Cassette. They energized the crowd throughout their set in preparation for Aranakai and Ekoh. Dead Cassette played their brand new song "YGMFU," allowing the fans to feel the energy by moshing, and having a circle pit. During their performance, they addressed the themes of losing loved ones and suicide, urging everyone to talk to someone about their feelings and to never take actions that could harm themselves.

Hailing from Madison, Wisconsin, Arankai took the stage to an enthusiastic crowd ready for a fantastic performance. He opened with his most popular song, "Dead Throne." As the set progressed and moved into the song "Second Sight," Oscar shared a personal moment with the audience. He expressed that he had faced significant challenges before meeting his wife and didn’t expect to make it this far in his career. Grateful for everything, he mentioned how much happier he is now and expressed his excitement about going on this tour. As he was preparing to leave the stage, he accidentally left his hat behind. When he returned to retrieve it, a fan jokingly offered to trade for it. Oscar responded with a playful look of sass and laughter. Overall, the performance was amazing, and the crowd's energy was infectious!

Last but not least, hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada, Ekoh took the stage. Before him, KodeBreak got the crowd hyped up by playing "Ohio Is for Lovers." Moments later, Ekoh arrived and energize the audience, jumping around the stage and leading the classic "OH-IO" chant. He expressed his love for Cleveland and praised the city for always hosting the greatest shows.

During one of his songs, he had the crowd hold him up before he decided to crowd surf. Near the end of his set, he brought out Arankai to perform "Broken Heart Collector," which sent the fans into a frenzy, and the crowd began moshing along. As the last song played, Ekoh encouraged fans to throw up their Vans for him to sign. The performance was incredible, and I can't wait to see them again when they return to town!
