Canadian-based Djent powerhouse Spiritbox stuns again with a powerful new music video for their track "No Loss, No Love". Frontwoman Courtney Laplante has recently gained a lot of attention due to the Poppy faux pas at the Grammys, but don't let that take away from the fact that this band is on an absolute streak. "No Loss, No Love" is the third track off of the band's upcoming release "Tsunami Sea". It's on the heavier side along with "Soft Spine" and the video is breathtaking. There isn't a moment I've listened to Spiritbox that I didn't get chills since I saw the band live.
I love Spiritbox's lyrics because they're quite abstract, but they invoke such powerful feelings (article title is an example). The music video does the the same. It has a dark, visceral feel, with crashing waves and freaky effects. If you like heavier tracks, this one's defintitely for you. Catch Spirtbox on their US tour featuring Loathe, Dying Wish, and Gel. It's going to be one to remember for sure.
