The nearly three and a half minute track is carried by atmosphere and catchiness. The synths deliver a fuzzy feeling that you can't help but sit back and relax to. The soothing vocals, mix so well with the funk driven beats and adds a little emotional level to "Honey I Don't Wanna Know". Throughout the beginning and end of the song, a bluesy guitar riff is played that adds an extra kick to the song.
"A song that reads like a diary written to yourself and yourself only, highlighting the mental struggle and doubt you go through when attempting to transform and evolve into a higher version of yourself." - 20K Rio
