LOS ANGELES, CA. October 4, 2024 — Mötley Crüe has released the Cancelled EP, now available on all music platforms. This marks the band's first new music since 2019 and their debut release with Big Machine Rock. "We had a great time working on some tracks together in the studio," said Mötley Crüe in a joint statement. "What began as a couple of demo ideas turned into an EP produced by Bob Rock. We're excited to return to the studio soon to write more new music."

To celebrate the release of the new EP, Mötley Crüe will return to the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, where it all began, with a three-night series of intimate club shows next week. These shows called the Höllywood Takeöver, will take place at LA's iconic Troubadour (10/7), The Roxy (10/9), and Whisky a Go Go (10/11). Tickets for these shows sold out quickly, with fans camping out days in advance to purchase exclusively physical tickets available only at the respective venue box offices.

A Mötley Crüe pop-up store with limited, band-curated merchandise will also open on 10/6 at the world-famous Rainbow Bar and Grill on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood and will remain open through 10/12 from 3 PM PT to midnight daily.

Mötley Crüe has announced their new philanthropic endeavor, the Mötley Crüe Giveback Initiative. Under this initiative, the band will partner with non-profit organizations close to their hearts. For the rest of 2024, the band aims to raise $250,000 for Covenant House, a non-profit that supports youth experiencing homelessness. This is the first charity to benefit from the Giveback Initiative's endowment. To kick off their fundraising efforts, the band auctioned off a pair of tickets to their sold-out Höllywood Takeöver show at the Troubadour, as well as a table to an intimate charity dinner they'll be hosting at the legendary Rainbow Bar and Grill on 10/8. Additionally, the band has launched an auction of stage-played instruments and ultra-rare, collectible items from the Höllywood Takeöver club dates to continue benefiting Covenant House.
